5a.m. and I am just getting sleepy. Since I couldn't sleep, I put together a "Just Because" card for a friend of mine. I hope she likes it.

Noel

Although the picture isn't quite clear, this card was a lot of fun to make. The Noel and bird were colored with pencils and blended with oderless mineral spirits. A little glitter was added with a glue pen.

The cover paper has glitter but, as said before, pictures not clear. This is one of my mock pop-ups that I have finally finished. Wish I had made the ribbon a little longer.

Have been working in the book, "White Christmas, Create your own cards and decorations" by Masahiro Chatani & Keiko Nakazawa. Thought I would try this in vellum!

A Branch Stamp

This is the results of an embossed branch stamp, a few die cuts and a piece of wire! I really do need a new camera.

Yesterday I forgot to add the first one I made following the instructions at http://extremecards.blogspot.com/2008/07/pop-up-tutorial-lesson-11.html. Think I will give these instructions another meander!

Mock Ups

I have been working on a few of my Christmas cards and reading about and playing with some simple pop-ups. Here are a few of the mock-up I have made for this Christmas season.
